1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 ECO-CHEM SA delivers across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
1.2 Delivery times are estimated between 3–5 business days depending on location and stock availability.
1.3 Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and order size.

1.5 Orders are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
1.6 ECO-CHEM SA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, adverse weather, or events beyond our control.
1.7 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect delivery details may result in delays or additional charges.
1.8 Bulk or hazardous chemical orders may require special shipping arrangements and delivery approval.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
2.3 If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, backorder, or refund.

3. Risk & Ownership

3.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
3.2 Ownership of products transfers once full payment has been received.

4. Returns Policy

4.1 Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.
4.2 Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or leaking product on arrival

• Valid manufacturing defects

• Unopened/sealed products returned in original condition within 7 days
  4.3 Custom-mixed, bulk and hazardous chemicals are non-returnable.

5. Return Procedure

5.1 To request a return, email us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product if damaged

5.2 Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
5.3 Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

6. Refunds

6.1 Refunds are issued once returned products are inspected and approved.
6.2 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days.
6.3 Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an ECO-CHEM SA error.
6.4 If products were used incorrectly or damaged by the customer, refunds will be declined.

7. Exchanges

7.1 Exchanges are only allowed if the wrong item was delivered or if the product is defective.
7.2 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Order Cancellations

8.1 Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
8.2 A handling fee may apply to cancelled orders.
8.3 ECO-CHEM SA reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
