7. Payments
7.1 Payment methods accepted include Yoco, Payflex, EFT, or other approved gateways.
7.2 Orders are processed only once full payment has been received.
7.3 Fraudulent transactions will result in order cancellation and may be reported.

8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 Delivery times vary between 3–5 business days depending on location.
8.2 ECO-CHEM SA uses third-party couriers; delays out of our control may occur.
8.3 Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
8.4 Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer may result in additional delivery charges.

9. Returns & Refunds
9.1 Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are only accepted for:
a) Damaged goods on arrival
b) Wrong items delivered
c) Sealed items still unopened
9.2 Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
9.3 Refunds may take 5–10 working days to process.
9.4 Custom-mixed products are non-refundable.

10. Cancellations
10.1 Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
10.2 A handling fee may apply.

11. Warranty
11.1 ECO-CHEM SA provides quality products but makes no guarantees beyond those of the manufacturer.
11.2 Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, incorrect application or storage.
